Rockwood entered this competition for the first time in 2009. A rigorous process followed during which we were judged on elements such as staff training, ease of booking and checking processes, guests’ feedback etc. This all culminated in a mystery visit at one our units in 2010. To verify our entry, we were asked to submit proof of what it is that we do to make guests feel “welcome”. This was done in the form of a photo shoot and all the images were then combined into an amazing little audio-visual clip which we’ll be uploading onto this site soon.
We were thrilled when we were informed that we had progressed to shortlisted stage, delighted when we got to the semi-finalist stage and overjoyed when we heard we were a finalist! Next year, we’ll be bringing home top honours!
