In light of the President of South Africa’s latest announcement, we are:
- Asking guests to please reschedule their bookings as soon as possible OR
- Apply for a voucher to book at another stage in one of our lodges.
This applies to all bookings made between 26 March and 16 April 2020. Please follow the instructions below.
If your booking was made through a booking agent and you know when you’d like to reschedule your booking:
Please go online and reschedule your booking with your booking agent e.g. booking.com.
If your booking was made directly with Rockwood and you know when you’d like to reschedule your booking:
Please go online and make another booking. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LET US KNOW that you are rescheduling an existing booking in the comments section or please send an email to email@example.com. We will need to make manual adjustments where necessary.
Apply for a voucher, if you’re not sure when you need to reschedule to:
Please fill out the online voucher form below. When we receive your form, we will cancel your booking and email you a voucher for the value of your booking. The voucher enables you to re-book at your leisure, when you know when you need to rebook. Your voucher will be valid within 12 months of your original dates.
We will begin processing your voucher form as soon as you have submitted it. Please be patient as this is a busy time for us.
About your voucher:
Your voucher can be used as payment for a future booking to any of our lodges, on any future chosen dates according to our existing terms and conditions. If your new booking is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less than your original booking, you will receive a voucher for the difference which you can put towards another booking. All vouchers will be valid for use within 12 months of your original departure date at any of our lodges.
